good property:- clean room and washroom, with AC and geyser in all the rooms, polite and friendly staff. A very good and affordable stay for family and friends. loved it.

The owner and staff of this Dharmshala is not well behaved. Service is very poor. Do not give any towel, shampoo, water jug. For a soap, we had to ask them. The room size is small. we advanced them 10 days ago. After 10 days they said we have only the small rooms available. The cleaning activity is also questionable. Not recommended...

It's absolutely worth every penny. AC double room with attached toilet with modern facilities like Gyser, shower and western toilet seat. Free wifi and cable tv in the room. Location wise also very good, 10 minutes walk from Railway station (Gate no 3 of Haridwar Station) and 12 13 minutes to Bus stand. Best for eople traveling on budget and need to stay near railway station or bus stop.

Worst service. Make sure never book from this Hotel. I made my booking in this hotel on Agoda website. First of all you will not be able to find and locate the location on Google map. Somehow I managed to reach nearby to this property called to ask the direction they didn't pick my calls atleast 6th time picked and gave me different number the guy on call denied my booking giving rubish explanation. The hotel denied my booking said we don't care Agoda booking. It was late evening I am on a pilgrim travel with my parents with luggages. I had to look for different place to stay at last I found different place to spend night obviously from different source. I am never going to use agoda again. They don't have any proper channel of customer service also whom you speak or write. Number doesn't work and person on chat takes their on sweet time to write they have literally made me wating for 4 hours and still no solution.

Very good experience in very responsible price.All the facilities include in that.Very near to railway station and to ganga ghat.Ambience and maintenance was good,Lift facilitie also there 24hours check in check out.customer friendly.

Great budget rooms with AC, Heater , Drinking water and WiFi. Lift access is also available. Free cold water from dispenser which is a great feature exceptional from normal hotels. Rooms are just 500m from Haridwar railway station and less than 3 km from Har ki Puri.
